Nursery Manager

I have worked in the childcare sector for 13 years and have completed my level 2 and 3 CACHE Childcare and Education, as well as completing my Foundation Degree in Early Childhood Education. I have been a nursery manager for 3.5 years and strive to always provide high quality childcare and education.

I am a dedicated nursery manager who inspires my team to create fun learning activities to help the children at our setting grow and learn. Through supporting and inspiring my team, we support each child’s individual needs within a rich and inspiring environment which supports, growth, curiosity and development. My favourite aspect of working with children is helping my team to provide rich and inspiring activities which supports their development and interests. Building strong partnerships with our families is another key part of my role and one I am very passionate about. Creating the strongest links with our families and encouraging participation and involvement within the nursery further supports the children's positive learning outcomes.

As a mum of 2 wonderful children my spare time can be quite limited to say the least, however we enjoy lots of family days out and holidays. We all enjoy being outdoors and going on lots of adventures together! Any time outside of this, you'll generally find me and friends enjoying a range of different restuarants and sampling lots of different but always delicious delicacies!
