We have made a huge decision as a company recently to reward our team with the largest and incredibly significant salary increases to support our team with the rising cost of living. In recognition of all their hard work, dedication and commitment to the children and the nursery every year we celebrate our company’s Employee of the Year awards where points really do mean prizes!
Our children’s Christmas party is such a wonderful occasion where our nursery community gathers to enjoy special time together and all things Christmassy as our Monkey Puzzle family. This is an ideal time to share these awards so after collecting votes from parents and our teams we reward our top 3 winners with big, big prizes!

December has also seen the beginning of the ‘12 days of Christmas’ with an area of the nursery displaying individual presents for the team with further days seeing a hot chocolate station with lots of treats to enjoy during the cold weather, a mince pie eating competition, a chocolate coin hunt and numerous games for everyone, beginning to get them in the Christmas spirit!
